He helped me understand why some things I do throughout the day are contributing to the pain. Understanding the “why” & showing me how to improve makes me stick with the weekly regiment. I see marked improvement after just a month. I can’t believe no PT I’ve had previously has explained things the way Stephen does and it’s the first time I’ve truly embraced a treatment plan.
